Grease and line mini loaf pans with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large mixinng bowl, mash the bananas. Add Greek yogurt and egg and blend together fully.
Add sugar to the banana mixture and stir until well incorporated.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, salt and baking powder.
Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until just blended.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pans. Carefully give the pans a shake to allow the batter to settle.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of loaf comes out clean. If using one large loaf pan, you may need to bake for a few more minutes.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before removing to a wire cooling rack.
